What are my parking options at the event?
Free hotel parking. We said it: FREE!
Designated Driver? Not Really a Drinker?
No Problem! NO 2 DRINK MINIMUM!!
We don't require you to buy drinks like traditional comedy venues. Enjoy as little or as much as you'd like. Just Enjoy Responsibly. Premium Open Bar Available.
Do I Need to Print Out My Tickets?
No need to print out or bring your tickets. Your name will be on the Guest List at Check Inn.
We are 100% Paperless!
When Should I Arrive?
Doors Open 30 Min Prior to Showtime. If you arrive at this time, you'll be able to select your seats and enjoy the Premium Open Bar.
How Does Your Seating Work?
Our seating is theater-style. Seating is first-come, first-served, and ALL seats are good seats. Larger parties, just Email Us and we'll be happy to try to seat you all together! Note: Parties of 5+ please Email Us at least 72 hours before showtime to request seats together.
What is the ticket refund policy?
No refunds or exchanges. Seats are held until 15 minutes before showtime.
What can/can't I bring inside the showroom?
No food or smoking allowed innside. No professional recording devices.
Do You Do Private Events?
Absolutely! We love them! Over the past decade we've produced everything from birthday parties at our club to a corporate show innside the Versace Mansion for one of the world's most recognizable brands (with golden arches).
